All our items are shipped USPS. We try our best to ship within 48 hours unless holidays or weekends.
USA 48: Allow 7-10 Business days for arrival after shipment
HI/AK & Canada: Allow 7-14 Business days for arrival after shipment

Terms & Agreement:
- Buy purchasing products for LEDsSuperBright.com you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
- No returns will be accepted if the product has been opened from original packaging and has been used.
- No returns will be accepted after 14 days of receipts, ALL returns will be subject to a service charge of 25% restocking fee. This fee covers our shipping and handling along with proccessing fee's.
- On rare events, a product can be on backorder. Backorders can take up to 30 days to ship out. If product is not available within 45 days of purchase, refunds are intiated. All order cancellations, if not shipped have 10% cancellation fee.
- Defective items can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt. Return authorized is required by email.
- No warranty on all products after 30 days of purchase date.
